To set up GoToMeeting for your account follow these steps:


1. Go to Administration>Account Settings>Third Party Applications. Click the Add Application Button. Select “GoToMeeting” from the drop down list.

2. Authenticate your account by clicking the blue icon in the "Authenticated?" column and then signing in to GoToMeeting.


3. Once you have authenticated your account, you can go to Assets>Appointments to edit your Appointment Schedules. When having chosen a scheduler to edit, choose Scheduling tab and check “Schedule GoToMeeting for each booking”.
